According to Wil Schroder discharge into Mobile Bay is estimated as;

Mobile_Bay = 1.07*(Alabama_R at Claiborn + TomBigbee_R at Coffeefille)

When the Alabama R. at Claiborne or the Tombigbee R. at Coffeeville
are not available, these two stations can be approximated using the 
Alabama R.  at Millers Ferry and the TomBigbee R. at Demopolis as proxies. 

Alabama R. at Claiborne     = 1.031 * (Alabama R. @ Millers Ferry)
Tombigbee R. at Coffeeville = 1.284 * (Tombigbee R. @ Demopolis)
